Ayurvedic spiced warm milk with ginger, cloves & more for immunity, digestion & weight-loss. A delicious drink to have any time of the day!

Drink this Ayurvedic warm spiced almond milk daily for a month and you will see positive changes like better immunity, breathing and overall better mood and energy.

With the addition of ginger powder in this drink, this Ayurvedic style warm almond milk drink may even help you lose some weight as well as belly fat. This recipe has spices like ginger, cloves, cardamom and more to help you with healing your digestion and calming the inflammation.

Spices must be taken with some healthy fats because it is the oils that help the spices get delivered in the cells and tissues of your body so always remember to add some healthy fats to your recipes! So in this warm spiced almond milk,  we add sweet almond oil at the end of the recipe and also a secret ingredient that is rich in fiber, minerals like calcium and magnesium and helps balance blood sugar. What is that secret ingredient? Find out in the video.

This Ayurvedic spiced milk is great in helping you balance your blood sugar levels too because it contains Ceylon cinnamon and the secret ingredient.  Give it a try - you will love it.

What one of the TGR followers had to say about this recipe -

"Hi honey. How are you doing? I miss you. How are the babies?

I want to tell you that I'm making every day your Ayurvedic spiced warm milk and I love it. My eczema is improving a lot. First time I made it maybe I put more spices and it took out a lot of mucus. Very interesting.

Now I still take it everyday and I feel awesome. These recipes are miracles from God. You are amazing girl.
God bless you honey. Love you
