This brussels sprouts vegetable recipe is made with potatoes, carom seeds, black seeds and just a few spices; it is perfect with paratha or naan.
This recipe is my dear aunt's recipe - when I visited Ohio, she had made it and lovingly packed it with some parathas for us when we were leaving. When I tasted it, I was in love with the recipe! I never cooked brussels sprouts for myself prior to this but after having my aunt's recipe, I knew I was hooked! - no more staying away from brussels sprouts!

Organic red potatoes - 4 small to medium ones Spices, Seeds & Oils - 1. Organic mustard oil - 4-6 Tablespoons 2. Black seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon 3. Cumin seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon 4. Carom seeds (ajwain) - 1/2 Teaspoon 5. Turmeric powder - 1 Teaspoon 6. Cumin seeds powder - 1 Teaspoon 7. Himalayan sea salt - 1 to 2 Teaspoons (per choice) 8.
