Delicious green bell peppers & potatoes in spicy mix with black seeds. A new secret adds more taste & makes this one anti-cancer recipe!
I have to say I absolutely LOVE this recipe! Green bell peppers sauteed with potatoes in spicy curry-like sauce is just one mouth-watering dish. To enhance the flavor, I added both the cumin seeds as well as the black cumin seeds, also called as kalongi in Hindi or Nigella Sativa as biological name.
Usually, Indians add dry mango powder (amchur) at the end to bring out the taste - with little sourness to bring out the rest of the flavors. But what did I add? I went a step further; or should I say many steps further and took this recipe to a powerful, full blown anti-cancer arena! What do I mean? I added organic amla powder - rich in vit C and known as one of the most powerful cancer cell enemy! Bingo! Taste + Health + Aroma = Anti-Cancer done the right way!

Black seeds & Cumin Seeds - Digestives as well as nutrient dense; black seeds are powerful anti-cancer tool
Cilantro - Cancer fighting herb + blood cleanser + flushes heavy metals out of the body
Tomatoes - Cancer fighter (esp. prostate cancer) + good for skin
Garlic - Cancer fighter + digestive + anti-inflammatory + anti-bacterial + anti-viral
Turmeric - Cancer fighting spice + anti-inflammatory
Other spices & mustard oil - Cancer fighting spices + blood cleansing + mustard oil is great for circulation!
