Chinese style vegetable stir-fry in tempting ginger-garlic sauce along with green chilies - all cooked w/healthy liquid aminos sauce.
Chinese take-out anyone?!
Yup. This recipe is so tasty and you won't believe how easy it to make. The best part is that it tastes even better after few hours and then the next day and even more better then day after! Why? This is because all the vegetable juices and the sauce get mixed in and blend better so the taste and the aroma that comes out is just amazing! You or your guests/family members will think you have ordered chinese for them from some very ethnic place! Trust me.
When serving it, all I want to add is that you can sprinkle some cayenne and add on some more sesame oil, liquid aminos as well as ketchup to bring taste to your liking.
There is NO msg, NO sugar, NO corn starch/powder, NO artificial premade sauces that just waste your money as you only use them once and then they are thrown away! Nothing - just healthy, whole ingredients you already have in your pantry plus liquid aminos - which I really think is worth an investment to keep 1 bottle at home all the time. Liquid aminos are great as they contain complete aminos profile minus all the negatives that come with conventional soy sauce.
Also, we are going to use more anti-cancer ingredients and take it up a notch! 2 whole garlic, ginger and fresh green chilies plus 3 onions as well as 2 whole bunch of green onions! LOT of powerful stuff here - so plz. if you are fighting cancer or just want to prevent cancer, don't skip any of these. Ya, this will make a good quantity - but you know what? You can eat 2-3 times a day, take it to your work for lunch and it will finish faster than you realize. Plus, when everybody at work asks you what is that amazing aroma of chinese food you ordered, you can proudly say it was you who made it! Tada!
I chopped the vegetables small in this recipe coz that is what gives it the flavor - it allows for better taste as more vegetable juices come out and mix together and that is the secret of this great recipe so don't skip!
1. Organic 2 green bell pepper & 1 red bell pepper
2. Organic asparagus
3. 3 Organic yellow onions
4. Ginger-garlic-green chilies (2 garlic, 3 green chilies and ginger - look in pic)
5. 4 Organic tomatoes
6. 2 bunch organic green onions
7. 2 organic carrots
Spices and oils -
1. Organic coconut unrefined oil - 5 full tablespoons! Healthy fat!!
2. Organic sesame oil - 4 heaping tablespoon
3. Organic Himalayan sea salt - per taste
4. Cayenne -optional at end
5. Liquid aminos - 4 spoons first, adjust at end when serving
6. Organic ketchup - 4 spoons at first, adjust at end when serving
7. Organic unrefined apple cider vinegar - 4 full tablespoons at the END
1. Organic jasmine white rice

Compost - Plz. compost (your FREE organic fertilizer) OR if you live in apartments/condos, then just throw the ends between tall grass or bushes. Earth will be SO happy and will thank you for the extra nutrients. Plus, let's stop using plastic bags for such ridiculous reasons!
