Creamy Cauliflower & Roasted Garlic Pasta
This creamy cauliflower-toasted garlic pasta is made with bunch of veggies & herbs to delight your family and guests. You will never stop making it!
I absolutely love cauliflower and since it is one of the healthiest cruciferous vegetables, what better way to eat cauliflower and make it into a creamy, delicious sauce with toasted garlic and seeds and make it into your favorite pasta recipe. 

This recipe uses boiled cauliflower that is paired with toasted garlic along with sunflower and pumpkin seeds to make it into a creamy sauce and then we add a bunch of healthy pasta-friendly veggies like mushrooms,
red bell pepper, onions, green onions, swiss chard and more and you have a pasta recipe that not just you, but your family and guest will absolutely love and enjoy!
