Lion's Mane Recipe

Here is a great recipe that can greatly help you enhance your cognitive health - from memory to focus to better sleep and improved mood, this recipe has all these benefits plus more. 

In this recipe, we add organic lion's mane mushroom powder for its benefits when it comes to improving memory, concentration and sleep. Lion's mane is also beneficial for gastrointestinal problems so if you suffer from ulcers, ibs/ibd, stomach inflammation or acidity then incorporating lion's mane mushroom in your diet daily will help you a lot. Lion's mane mushroom is also anti-cancer food and must be part of cancer patients or cancer survivors diet.

Reishi has many benefits like helping with improved sleep, lowering anxiety, liver cleansing, anti-cancer and improving hair health. We also add some Dutch cacao to enhance the benefits like magnesium for muscle cramps, improved sleep, for relaxation as well as for heart health. 


Ingredients -

1. Almond milk or any plant-based milk - About one glass or 10 oz. 

2. Dutch cacao powder - 1/2 Tablespoon

3. Lion's mane mushroom powder - 1/2 Tablespoon

4. Reishi mushroom powder - 1/3rd Tablespoon

5. Ceylon cinnamon powder - 1/3rd Tablespoon

Steps - 

1. In a steel pot on low heat, mix all the ingredients and enjoy!
