Pav bhaji is one of my most favorite recipes to enjoy and I think I can definitely say this for all Indians! This recipe is dearly loved, extremely famous and just mouthwatering delicious. 

Not only that, pav bhaji is a highly nutritious recipe and very colorful too. In the video, I share the interesting history of this recipe and how it came to be. It was during the textile industry boom when textile workers had long days of work and they needed a nutritious recipe to sustain them throughout the day and thus, pav bhaji was born. 

Now you know why you definitely have to try this recipe! It is also a great recipe for kids as it contains many colorful vegetables and is a great way to get them to eat their veggies!
