A Paralyzed Lab Walks Again!

Buddy, is our 10 years old Labrador, who was overweight and diagnosed with arthritis. We sought help from his veterinarian who suggested a protein diet for him along with medicines, supplements, and injections. After following the doctor's plan, we saw a marginal improvement in Buddy's condition in the beginning only. Later, he stopped walking and was unable to get up without support. As Buddy's health and our worries worsened, we came in touch with Ms. Somyata Saxena through her Aunt Mrs. Manjaree Verma, who is also our neighbor and close friend.

Somyata was quite thorough and methodical from the very beginning. It was she who told us that it's not arthritis and Buddy is actually suffering from hind legs paralysis. She made sure to attend to the specific needs that Buddy had and patiently guided us through every step of the way. Her in-depth knowledge of natural ingredients and their health benefits was evident and proved to be the greatest boon for us. She created a meticulous plan that listed food and recipes, natural supplements, dog support harness, massage, as well as exercises. The recipes made use of organic products such as homemade seed mixes, pure edible oils, fruits and vegetables, bone and cartilage strengthening powders, etc. The suggested exercises were gentle and focused on the proper massage of pressure points with a mix of different oils. She made sure to provide us with diagrams, detailed notes, videos and shopping links for each of her suggestions. As we followed her instructions we saw Buddy's health improve day-by-day. Within the span of 2.5 months, his weight reduced from 37 kgs to 32 kgs (11 pounds), he started walking again without a limp and at his normal pace. Somyata's treatment plan turned out to be cost effective as well. We were spending 8-10k per month while following our Veterinarian's plan but with Somyata's help we managed it under 5k.

Somyata's demeanor is truly a testament to her love for animals, as she made sure to conduct weekly follow-ups despite her busy schedule and displayed nothing but kindness. She also promised to continue helping us to prevent a relapse. We are immensely grateful to her for her guidance and support. May her knowledge, dedication and love for animals always guide all those who are struggling to get the right information and treatment for their pets."
