Juice made with beets, carrots, and many more health promoting veggies for energy, healthy iron levels, liver & more!
I love fresh veggie and fruit mix juices. However, since my Breville juicer has been packed in boxes, I have not been able to use it. Lot of my stuff is in boxes still and I am so organized that when I want something, it is hard to find. I didn't have guts to start opening my boxes to get all the parts of the Breville one out - I instead got Hamilton juicer for now and plan to keep both. Of course, Hamilton is much cheaper than my Breville juicer but nevertheless, it still performed very well and was super easy to clean.
As for juicing, I just chose the ingredients I love or felt my body needed so you just go with what calls your name - make sure to add more veggies than fruits. This juice is rich in iron since it has beets and is lover cleansing due to beets too. Parsley and cilantro are detoxifying herbs and are diuretics. Celery is a must in any juice you make since it is rich in cholorphyll and soothese the stomach.
Juicing is a great way to use up all your produce that you will never eat and is about to go bad - something I discussed in the video.

I made enough to enjoy over 3-4 days and honestly, it was superb! Now, I am craving it again and can't wait to make my next batch. This time I will be adding more celery and more beets, as well as carrots. Yum!
1. Organic roma tomatoes - 2 or per choice
2. Organic parsley - 1 whole bunch
3. Organic kale - 1 whole bunch
4. Organic cilantro - 1 whole bunch
5. Organic celery sticks - 5-6
6. Organic carrots - 5-6
7. Apple - 1
8. Pear - 1
9. Organic beets - 7-8 (see video on the size I used)
Top with -
1. Fresh lemon juice
