Cauliflower curry made with black seeds, garlic and spice mix. A new way to try cauliflower! Enjoy with rice or gluten-free tortilla.
Easy & quick, is my recipe of cauliflower curry with powerful, anti-cancer black seeds (kalongi seeds). Taste and health in one! Of course, we all know the health benefits of cruciferous vegetables and in this recipe, we have one of the best healing vegetable on this planet - cauliflower!. We then top the curry with cilantro - an excellent chelator which helps pull heavy metals out of the body. If you want to prevent or beat cancer or inflammation, make sure you don't skip on garlic and onion as well as green chilies. So, let's start right away! Ingredients - 1. 4-5 tomatoes (see size) 2. 1 Organic yellow/red onion 3. 1 whole garlic 4. Organic cauliflower 5. 3-5 green chilies (per taste) 6. Organic cilantro to top with Spices and oils - 1. Organic coconut unrefined oil - 4 tablespoons 2. Organic Himalayan sea salt 3. Cayenne -1/2 Teaspoon first if you don't know or not spice lover - adjust later. 4. Cumin/Coriander powder 5. Garam Masala (optional) 6. Black seeds/kalongi 7. Cumin seeds Simple steps - Watch the video/pics for step-by-step recipe & spices measurement. Servings - This makes enough for 4-5 people to enjoy with rice or gluten-free tortilla/naan bread. Compost - Plz. compost (your FREE organic fertilizer) OR if you live in apartments/condos, then just throw the ends between tall grass or bushes. Earth will be SO happy and will thank you for the extra nutrients. Plus, let's stop using plastic bags for such ridiculous reasons!

Well, I finally was able to make this glorious recipe tonight, Dec 27. I tried my best to make it exactly as you showed, backing up and repeating the video portions as necessary. And it was absolutely delicious!! I was raised on Mexican cuisine in southern Arizona, but am a bit of a heat wimp. So next time I’ll leave out the cayenne and use two, not three, chilis. I used jalapeños; not sure which green chilis you used. I’ve done a fair amount of Indian recipes, so the only spice I had to buy was the kalongi seeds. The spicing was perfect, just the right combinations including the optional garam masala and extra coriander.
