A simple, two step homemade ginger-garlic chop or paste recipe. Great way to add depth, aroma and flavor to recipes. A must!
I am sure you have heard of ginger and garlic benefits. But, just in case, busy life and fast food made you forget, these two are super powerful healing gifts of nature. Now with this simple recipe for fresh, home-made ginger-garlic chop/paste, you can always get the benefits and add this to many dishes easily.

Make this fresh as you need or at-least make it once a week. You can store it in fridge in a glass container and just add to your dishes as you go. You can add this chop/paste to stir-fry, noodles, lentils, beans, rice pilaf, soups, cutlets, fried vegetable batter and fried rice. The list is endless. Yummy!

I also add little bit, like half a teaspoon of this chop or paste to my dogs's food. Why not give them the benefits of such gifts? This paste - combination of ginger and garlic, is a powerful, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory medicine and also aids in digestion. So, what's to lose? Why not?

Here is a simple recipe for this amazing, healing chop.

Ingredients:-

1. 2 Whole garlic cloves
2. About same size ginger - say 2 inch.
3. Organic Himalayan sea salt - a pinch just to preserve if you are going to keep in fridge. Otherwise, omit - no need.

Mix all in whatever blender you have. I used here Nutribullet blender for making paste or mini processor for just chopping and it worked fine. Make sure you use fresh ginger and garlic. Store in glass jar to keep it healthy and fresh. And don't forget to add this benefit to your pooches's bowl...:) Here's to fresh, creamy, ginger-garlic chop or paste!..:)
