Quick & super tasty red kidney beans recipe! Made with powerful anti-cancer kalongi seeds (black seeds), this is one recipe to love.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________

I love red kidney beans but this time, instead of some long recipe, I wanted to make a quick one but a healthy and tasty one nevertheless. This recipe is great as it pairs so well with rice or you can even eat with some naan or quinoa.

It is loaded with anti-cancer black seeds; they add so much taste and aroma, it is no wonder an excellent addition to dishes like beans, lentils, veg korma, curries, and so on.

For cancer patients - anyone recovering from cancer, fear not. Black seeds, along with all other ingredients in this  recipe, are powerful healers. Increase the quantity that goes in the body - you are not eating all of this in one bite or one time. So, make sure, each bite you take includes enough of healing power so that it can go in the body and do its work.

What are the benefits of this recipe? Why did I 'design' this? Read on...

Black seeds & Cumin Seeds - Digestives as well as nutrient dense
Cilantro - Cancer fighting herb + blood cleanser + flushes heavy metals out of the body
Tomatoes - Cancer fighter (esp. prostate cancer) + good for skin
Garlic - Cancer fighter + digestive + anti-inflammatory + anti-bacterial + anti-viral
Turmeric - Cancer fighting spice + anti-inflammatory
Other spices & mustard oil - Cancer fighting spices + blood cleansing + mustard oil is great for circulation!

Ingredients -

1. Organic red kidney beans -soaked overnight & then boiled.
2. 5 organic tomatoes
3. 1 organic onion
5. Garlic (1 or 2 whole garlic)

6. 1 whole bunch organic cilantro/coriander

Spices, Seeds & Oils -

1. Organic mustard oil
2. Asafoetida/hing - pinch
3.
 Black seeds
4. Cumin seeds
5. Dry red chilies
6. Org, turmeric
7. Org. cumin seeds powder
8. Coriander powder
9. Org. red paprika
10. Rajma masala (optional)
11. Chat masala (optional)
12. Garam masala (optional)
13. Dry fenugreek (kasuri methi)

Top It With -

1. Organic lemon juice

Simple steps -

Watch the video/pics for step-by-step recipe and exact measurements.

NOTE: Keep the red kidney beans water and use it when you boil your rice or quinoa - it is full of nutrients and must not be wasted. You can even use to water your plants, if nothing else! Or as a hair rinse since it only contains beans and bay leaves water.

Also, when adding fenugreek seeds (methi dana) or dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) or even fenugreek powder, always taste a bit first and see if your fenugreek has bitter notes or sweet notes. If bitter, you need to only add a pinch, otherwise, you ruin the dish. If more on neutral or sweet taste, you can then add about the same amount as I did in the video.

How To Pair?

You can use this recipe with one of my rice recipes (click on the categories to the right of this article), you can have it as a wrap in lettuce or kale! Very healthy & super tasty! You can pair it with some gluten-free tortillas or naan.

For Those With Sugar Issues - Pair it with quinoa instead of rice.
