Basil Pesto with Pecans
A world favorite pesto with a little Southern twist - adding pecans for something new! Try it & you will absolutely love the pecans in it!
Here is a perfect recipe for a pesto - made with pecans! A Southern twist to a world favorite pesto! This raw, 5-mins recipe is great to make anytime and you can easily store this basil pesto for weeks, if not, months.
Keep this pesto in airtight glass jar and store it in the fridge and enjoy it whenever you feel like! Toss some pesto on pasta recipes, as a sandwich spread or on a tortilla wrap with some avocado and veggies.

1. Organic basil - about 5 to 6 oz
2. Pecans - I used 6 oz but you can use less or more, per your choice.
3. 1 garlic
4. Lemon juice
5. Organic, cold-pressed olive oil
6. Nutritional yeast -4 Tablespoons
